These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CrunchyNums Accounting website and any inquiry you submit through it. The website is operated by CrunchyNums Accounting LLC ("CrunchyNums," "we," "us"), based in Los Angeles, California. By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. What this website is

This website describes our bookkeeping, accounting, and business management services and lets you request a free consultation. Nothing on this website is accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship with us. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written engagement agreement, which will govern the services we provide.

2. Services

Our services include bookkeeping, payroll support, invoicing and accounts receivable, financial reporting, and related business management services, as defined in each client's engagement agreement. We do not prepare or file personal or business tax returns. Tax preparation and filing are performed by a separate tax professional, whether yours or one we refer you to, under that professional's own terms of engagement. We are not responsible for services provided by third-party professionals.

3. Consultations and inquiries

Submitting the consultation form does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not obligate us to accept you as a client. Any pricing discussed before an engagement agreement is signed is an estimate, not a binding quote.

4. Communications

By submitting a form with your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and our services by email or phone at the details you provide. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or writing to linda@crunchynums.com, and we will stop contacting you.

5. Your information

We use the information you submit through this website to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are transmitted to us by our form-delivery provider and handled subject to that provider's own privacy practices. If you become a client, the confidentiality of your financial information will be addressed in your engagement agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Number Monster character, belongs to CrunchyNums Accounting LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Website disclaimers

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep its content accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the website, and our total liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you have paid us to use it, which is zero.
